GMDC Ozone Park Industrial Center:

An 85,000 square foot three-story, single user industrial property that completed its renovation in December 2019.  Acquisition of 101-01 95th ave was closed on November 2017 by a premier nonprofit industrial developer in New York City, Greenpoint Manufacturing and Design Center (GMDC).  Led by Westerman Construction Company Inc.,  Metropolitan Electric provided services that includes the following:

•Service upgrade

•Fire Alarm building control system 

•39 panelboard installations

•Fire Pump Controller

•Service connections for an expansion of solar arrays 

•Exterior illumination utilizing LED technology  

•Interior common area illumination utilizing LED technology with bi-level luminaire controlled by an integral ultra-sonic motion sensor
